Please refer to the detailed floorplan before booking your stand as there are pillars inside the exhibition area.
Please ensure your exhibition stand/s fit into the allocated floor space and that all sides of the stand is neat.
Kindly refer to the detailed floor plan to see the orientation of your stand space and pillars.
All sides backing onto other stands, catering stations and passages must be neat and should not have any exposed wires, plugs etc.

Exhibition Dates:
Thursday, 12 October 2023 (during the Welcome Function) to Sunday, 15 October 2023.
Build-Up Date:
From 06:00 on Wednesday, 11 October 2023 to 13:00 on Thursday, 12 October 2023.
Height of the entrance to the exhibition area is 2.2m and no trucks are allowed to enter the boom.
Please offload from the parking lot across from the booms. You will need to make use of a forklift or pallet jack to offload and move items into the exhibition hall.
There are no store rooms at the venue. deliveries can only be made on the day of build-up, 11 October 2023.
Breakdown:
From 10:30 on Sunday, 15 October 2023 (After the morning tea break)
Eastern Sun Events' staff will be at the venue until 17:00 on Wednesday, 11 October 2023 and again on Thursday, 12 October, until opening.
Break Down:
Sunday, 15 October 2023 (after the last tea break).
