Terms and Conditions:
Sponsorship packages / items must be paid for in FULL by 17 May 2023
Cancellations MUST be in writing to Wanda Fourie: wanda@easternsun.co.za  
Cancellation needs to be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member in order to be valid.

Cancellation Fees: 
Until 15 April 2023: No cancellation Fee 
16 April 2023 - 16 May 2023: 50% 
17 May 2023 onwards: 100% 

Cancellation clauses will apply to packages / items booked, whether payment has been received or not. 
A booking made is binding, not provisional.
