Any damage to the carpet or spills will be billed.
Catering
Food & Beverages can be brought in.
Please ensure you make arrangements with the venue first.
No catering will be allowed if arrangements were not made prior to the start of the conference.

A reminder that some stands might not be custom built or shell schemes, which means that the back of your stand will not be covered by another stand’s walls and could be exposed.

Friday, 1 September 2023 to Sunday, 3 September 2023.
Build Up Date:
Thursday, 31 August 2023 Time: 07:00 - 22:00 and Friday, 1 September 2023 from 06:00 - 09:00 (No later)
(Eastern Sun Events staff will be at the venue until 17:00 on Thursday, 31 August 2023.
Breakdown Date:
Sunday, 3 September 2023 directly after last morning tea break (From 11:15)
INCLUDES
Stand space, a plug point, table & 2 chairs (if required), 2 exhibitor registrations, all teas & lunches for 2 exhibitors.
EXCLUDES
Custom stands, Banners, DB Boards, Furniture & Function Tickets, these must be booked separately at an additional cost.
Additional Trade Registrations: R 3100 per additional trade registration.
