Sponsorship items/packages must be paid for in FULL by 15 June 2023
Cancellations MUST be in writing to Wanda Fourie wanda@easternsun.co.za 
Cancellation needs to be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member in order to be valid.

Cancellation Fees: 
Until 30 April 2023: No cancellation Fee 
01 May 2023 – 16 May 2023: 50% 
17 May 2023 onwards: 100% 

Cancellation clauses will apply to items/packages booked.
