Cancellations MUST be in writing to Wanda Fourie wanda@easternsun.co.za
Cancellation needs to be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member
in order to be valid

Cancellation Fees
Until 30 April 2024: No cancellation Fee
01 May 2024 – 31 May 2024: 50%
01 June 2024 onwards: 100%
Cancellation clauses will apply, whether payment has been received or not

Bookings made are binding.
