1. The poster can be up to A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait orientation. There is no space for larger sizes.
2. Poster adhesive will be available at your designated poster board. Each exhibitor is responsible for putting up their own poster.
3. There is no design template; poster exhibitors have creative freedom.
4. No soft copy will be required prior to the congress.
5. Poster exhibitors are responsible for printing their own posters and bringing them with them. Avoid using soft fabric materials as
    they do not stay fixed to the poster boards.

6. Posters will remain up for the duration of the congress.
7. Assistance will be provided at the poster boards if needed.
8. Posters can be set up from 15:00 on 29 September 2024.
9. Posters need to be taken down by 14:00 on 3 October. The congress cannot take responsibility for any unclaimed posters.
