1. The poster can be up to A0 size (841mm x 1189 mm), portrait style.
2. Poster adhesive will be available for your poster at your designated poster board.
Each exhibitor will be responsible for putting up their own poster.
3. There is no design template, poster exhibitors have creative freedom.
4. No soft copy will be required prior to the conference.
5. Poster exhibitors are responsible for printing their own posters and bringing them with.6. Posters will remain up for the duration of the conference.
7. Assistance will be provided at the posters boards should you require it.
8. Posters can be set up from 15:00 on the 9th September.
9. Posters need to be taken down by 13:45 on the 11th September. The conference can't
take responsibility for any unclaimed posters.
10. Poster exhibitors will be required to prepare a 5 min presentation on their poster
to be presented during the poster session on Tuesday, 10th September at 13:30.
