Exhibition Terms and Conditions

By completing this booking you agree to be bound by the full Exhibitor Terms and Conditions below.                                  You will be prompted to download and sign the Terms and Conditions Agreement during the stand booking process.  

Terms and Conditions:
Early payment date is 31 March 2025.
Late payment date is 31 May 2025.                                                                             
Should you miss the early payment date, you will be re-invoiced at the late payment fee.
Exhibition must be paid for in FULL by 31 May 2025.
Cancellations must be in writing to Monique Nel: industry@easternsun.co.za
Cancellation must be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member to be valid.
Cancellation clauses will apply to stands booked, whether payment has been received or not.
A booking made online is binding, not provisional.


Cancellation Fees:

Up to 31 March 2025 50% cancellation fee.
01 April 2025 onwards 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellation clauses will apply, whether payment has been received or not.
