Please note that the cost for the exhibition booth is for the booth space only and does not include booth build, shell scheme, audio visual and catering.

Please ensure all exhibition stands fit into the allocated floor space and that all sides of the stand are neat and white with no exposed wires, branding etc.

Important Exhibition Documents and Information
All completed documents should be handed in to the main structural engineer onsite.
H&S File to be ready for build-up.
COC needs to be included in the H&S file if electric work is done on the stand.
Temporary Building Permit will be required for any stands built over a height of 2.9m

Induction Process - Click Here
Induction is done online. Once the builders come onsite they will need to go to the container in the marshalling yard to collect their arm bands to get access to the building.

Includes
Stand space, a plug point, table & 2 chairs (if required), x2 exhibitor registrations per 3m x 3m stand space.
3m x 3m stand space - 2 exhibitor registrations
6m x 3m stand space - 4 exhibitor registrations
6m x 6m stand space - 8 exhibitor registrations
Please confirm by Wednesday, 8 November 2023, should you require a table and 2 chairs.
Excludes
Custom stands, Shell Schemes, Banners, DB Boards, Furniture & Function Tickets, these must be booked separately at an additional cost, and catering.

Height Restriction
Exhibition Venue: 10m
Anything over 2.9m and up will require a structural engineering certificate.
It is very important to ensure that the back and sides
of the booth space is very neat and covered with white backing/board with no
exposed wires, branding etc. All sides of the booth must be covered.
Please refer to the floorplan to see where the
back/sides of the booth might be exposed.

Exhibitors need to arrange any custom requirements independently.
