Terms and Conditions:
Full sponsorship payment must be submitted by 1
August 2023. Cancellations are required in written form, directed to Wanda Fourie Email Here, and must be confirmed by an Eastern Sun Events' staff member for validity.
Cancellation Fees:
- No fee: Until 30 June
- 50% fee: 1 July - 30 July
- 100% fee: From 1 August onwards
These cancellation fees apply regardless of whether payment has been made or not. Please note that a completed booking is binding.
