Important Dates: Early Registration Closes on Saturday, 31 May 2025   

Accommodation: 
Bookings are to be made directly with the hotel, information can be found on the accommodation page of the congress website.  

Registration: 
Your registration fee includes:   
  - Access to all congress sessions    
  - Access to the trade exhibition   
  - Lunches and morning/afternoon teas for the duration of the congress   
  - Congress materials    
  - Welcome function

The registration fee excludes:   
  - Congress dinner tickets   
  - Your hotel accommodation  
  - Travel expenses  
  - Workshops
  - Welcome function (Companion)  

Letters of Invitation:

Payment and Invoicing:
A receipt of payment and/or invoice will be sent after registration along with your confirmation email. This can be used to claim your registration fee back from your organisation and/or sponsor. 

CPD Points: 
One point per academic hour. 

Special dietary requirements:
The congress organisers and venue are committed to accommodating the dietary needs of our delegates to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination of nuts and fish for those with severe allergies. Please note that any special dietary requests made after 3 September 2025 cannot be guaranteed, as arrangements are finalised with the venue in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings cancelled in writing before 17 August 2025 will be subject to a 25% admin fee.    
- Cancellations made from 17 August 2025 will not qualify for a refund.    
- In the event of non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable.

Registration

Registration rate eligibility:

  • If you are a SASA member please ensure that you have added your membership number to your registration form.
  • If you are eligible for Registrar, Junior Medical Officer or Nurse rates, you must send an official letter on a letterhead from your institution to verify your status.
  • If you are eligible for SADEC rates (non-member medical practitioners), you must email your proof of membership of your local anaesthesiology/medical society, or proof of residence if no society exists. 
  • If you are a CIG Member (Full Members of the Societies of Anaesthesia for Great Britain and Ireland (AAGBI), Canada (CAS), America (USA), New Zealand (NZSA) and Australia (ASA), please email your proof of membership.
