EPOSTER EXHIBITORS:

1. You are required to upload a digital copy of your ePoster (portrait format) to the ePoster platform by the 8th of September. Please follow the instructions provided on the platform to complete your upload.

2. General ePoster Category: ePosters accepted in the general category will not be required to present their posters in person. 

3. SASA Registrar Best ePoster Prize Category: ePosters accepted in the Registrar ePoster category will be required to present their posters in person to a panel of adjudicators on the 18th and 19th of September between 13h00 and 14h00. Please refer to the schedule below for your specific presentation date and time. Each presenter will be required to deliver a 3-minute oral presentation followed by a 2-minute Q&A at the ePoster boards.
