Dr Vivian Ip is a Clinical Professor at the University of Calgary, Alberta,
Canada. She is a practicing anesthesiologist with fellowship training in
regional anaesthesia and pain medicine, and ambulatory anaesthesia.
Prof Tim Cook - UK
Prof Cook works in Bath and is a full time District General
Hospital consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine. He has an overall interest in improving safety
and quality in anaesthesia and intensive care using a bottom-up approach. He has examined the litigation data related to anaesthesia and ICU over two
decades.

Mrs Mihalcioiu Grimaud is a consultant anaesthetist at the Public Hospital Orange in France. She aims to contribute to the development and dissemination of central blocks (Continuous Spinal,
