EXHIBITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To book an exhibition stand you need to be a SASA Alliance Member.
If you are already an Alliance member, you will need to renew your membership for the SASA 2025 Congress.
In order to become a SASA Alliance Member please email finance@sasaweb.com.

By completing this booking you agree to be bound by the full Exhibitor Terms and Conditions below.                                  You will be prompted to download and sign the Terms and Conditions Agreement during the stand booking process.  


Terms and Conditions:
You need to be a SASA Alliance Member. 
Early payment of Exhibition will be discounted.                                                                                                                    Should you miss the early payment date, you will be re-invoiced at the late payment fee.                                                      Exhibition space must be paid for in FULL by 31 July 2025. 

Cancellation MUST be in writing to Monique Nel: industry@easternsun.co.za 
Cancellation MUST be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member in order to be valid.                      Cancellation clauses will apply to stands booked, whether payment has been received or not.                                              A booking made online is binding, not provisional.

Cancellation Fees:
Up to 30 June 2025:     50% 
31 July 2025 onwards: 100%

All Costs Exclude VAT.
