To become a sponsorship you need to be a SASA Alliance Member.
If you are already an Alliance member, you will need to renew your membership for the SASA 2025 Congress.

Terms and Conditions:
You need to be a SASA Alliance Member.
Early payment of sponsorship will be discounted. Should you miss the early payment date, you will be re-invoiced at the late payment fee. Early payment date is 31 March 2025. Late payment date is 31 July 2025. Sponsorship must be paid for in FULL by 31 July 2025. Cancellation MUST be in writing to Monique Nel - industry@easternsun.co.za Cancellation MUST be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member in order for the cancellation to be valid. Bookings made are binding.
Cancellation Fees:
Up to 30 June 2025: 50% cancellation fee
31 July 2025 onwards: 100%
All costs exclude VAT.
