ePoster Upload for Exhibition Digital Display – All ePoster Submissions

The deadline for all ePoster uploads is 20 September 2026. All ePosters are required to upload their ePoster/s. 

ePosters will be displayed on digital portrait screens in the exhibition area for the duration of the congress. 

ePoster Mini Oral Presentations at the Best ePoster Sessions (Pre-selected)

All ePosters accepted for the “Mini Oral Presentations at the Best ePoster Presentation Sessions” will be required to give a short oral presentation on their poster. Presenters are therefore required to be in Cape Town to present in person.

Please note that each presentation slot will consist of:

• 3 minutes for presentation
• 2 minutes for Q&A

ePosters must be prepared in PowerPoint format, and the ePoster will be displayed exactly as uploaded above. As these are fast-paced sessions, strict timekeeping will be enforced.

All accepted ePosters will also be available for viewing in the ePoster exhibition area on dedicated digital display screens throughout the congress.

Presenters are welcome to visit the Speaker Preparation Room at least two hours prior to their scheduled presentation to ensure that their ePoster presentation is functioning correctly.

Please note that there will be two ePoster presentation pods within the exhibition area. Presentation schedules and pod allocations will be published in due course. Kindly ensure that you take note of the correct presentation area assigned to you.
