Videos – All Submissions

Video presenters are not required to submit their video again. The original video link provided during abstract submission process will be available at the congress and searchable under the presenting author(s)’ names. Please note that the video screens will be in landscape format (16:9 ratio).

Presenters who did not provide a video link, or who wish to submit an updated version of their video, may send it via WeTransfer to scientific@worldendo2026.org.

Video will be available for viewing in the exhibition area on dedicated video screens. Please note that Video presenters will not have a designated presentation time, as the videos will be available for all registered participants to view at their convenience throughout the congress.

A review link will be provided closer to the congress dates to allow presenting authors to check that their submissions are correctly displayed.

Please note that all presenting authors are required to register for the congress. Non-registration will result in the withdrawal of the submission.

Videos Selected for the World Cup Session: 26 September at 08:45 - 10:00

• Presenters are encouraged to wear ceremonial or traditional attire representing their country.
• This session will be judged onsite, with the prize-giving ceremony taking place at the conclusion of the session.
• Presentation time will consist of 5 minutes for the video presentation, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.
• Please ensure that your video is submitted in high resolution and that the audio quality is clear.
• Updated presentations/videos may be sent via WeTransfer to scientific@worldendo2026.org or uploaded in the Speaker Preparation Room the day before the session (25 September) during the congress.
