Important Dates: 
Registration opens on the 6th October 2025.
Early Registration Closes on the 7th March 2026.

Accommodation: 

Please look out for scam emails regarding accommodation bookings. The congress organiser, the organising committee or any congress affiliates will not email you with regards to your accommodation. If you receive an email and you are unsure, please contact the congress organiser to verify. Bookings are to be made directly with the hotel. Registration:
Your Registration Fee Includes:     
- Access to all congress sessions
- Access to the trade exhibition     
- Lunches and morning/afternoon teas for the duration of the congress
- Congress materials     
- Welcome function

The Registration Fee Excludes:    
- Congress dinner ticket  
- Accommodation 
- Travel expenses 
- Workshops and Hands-on training sessions

Payment and Invoicing:
A receipt of payment and/or invoice will be sent after registration, along with your confirmation email. 

CPD Points for South African delegates: 
One point per academic hour. 

Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings cancelled in writing before 9 March 2026 will be subject to a 25% admin fee.     
- Cancellations made from 10 March 2026 will not qualify for a refund.     
- In the event of non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable.

Indemnity Clause
By registering for or participating in ENDO 2026, all attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENDO 2026, its organisers, affiliates, sponsors, partners, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to their participation in the event. This indemnity applies to, but is not limited to, unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, accidents, injuries, illnesses, travel disruptions, natural disasters, changes to the event schedule, or any other incidents beyond the reasonable control of ENDO 2026 and its organisers. Attendees participate in ENDO 2026 at their own risk and are advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage to safeguard against any personal losses or damages.
