Important Notes

INCLUDES
A plug point, table & 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor registrations, all teas & lunches for 2 exhibitors. 

EXCLUDES
Shell scheme & gala dinner tickets, these must be booked separately. 

HEIGHT RESTRICTION
Exhibition Venue Height (Floor to ceiling) - 7m
Exhibition Stand Height - Max 3m
(structural engineering certificates are required for stands higher than 2.5 metres)
It is important to ensure the back of the stand is very neat (white backing or board)
 

NOTE:

  • A trestle table & 2 chairs can be provided at no additional charge, orders to be placed by 20 September 2021 with Wanda Fourie – wanda@easternsun.co.za

The venue floor is carpeted
There will be 24 hour security at the venue.

Term & Conditions

  • In order to secure your stand booking, 50% deposit or Purchase Order number has to be received within 30 days of booking the stand/s.
  • Companies that agreed for their 2020 stand funds to be retained and are paid by 1 June 2020 will qualify for the additional benefits and will be known as star exhibitors.
  • Exhibition space must be paid for in FULL by 31 May 2021.
  • Cancellations MUST be in writing to Wanda Fourie – wanda@easternsun.co.za


Cancellation Fees:

  • Until 30 April 2021: No cancellation Fee 
  • 1 May 2021 - 31 July 2021: 50% Fee
  • 1 August 2021 onwards: 100% Fee
    Cancellation clauses will apply to stands booked, whether payment has been received or not.
A booking made online is binding not provisional.
Cancellation needs to be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member in order to be valid
