By completing this booking you agree to be bound by the full Exhibitor Terms and Conditions below. You will be prompted to download and sign the Terms and Conditions Agreement during the stand booking process.
Terms and Conditions:
Early payment of Exhibition will be discounted.

Early payment date is 31 March 2025.
Late payment date is 31 August 2025.
Should you miss the early payment date, you will be re-invoiced at the late payment fee.
Exhibition space must be paid for in FULL by 31 August 2025.
Cancellation MUST be in writing to Monique Nel: industry@easternsun.co.za
Cancellation MUST be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member in order to be valid. Cancellation clauses will apply to stands booked, whether payment has been received or not. A booking made is binding, not provisional.
