Early payment of sponsorship will be discounted.
Early payment date is 31 March 2025.
Late payment date is 31 August 2025.
Sponsorship must be paid for in FULL by 31 August 2025.
Should you miss the early payment date, you will be re-invoiced at the late payment fee.
Cancellation MUST be in writing to Monique Nel - industry@easternsun.co.za.
Cancellation MUST be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member in order for the cancellation to be valid.
Bookings made are binding.

Cancellation Fees:

Up to 30 July 2025: 50% cancellation fee
31 July 2025 onwards: 100%

All costs exclude VAT.
