While the presence of international faculty at a conference may align with Med Tech criteria, the conference is still classified as a national event.
We are committed to adhering to all Med Tech regulations for the conferences we organise.
This ensures that participating companies can navigate their internal compliance processes and confidently support these events.

Important Information:                

Please ensure you look at the floor plan to familiarise yourself with where your stand is backing onto i.e. other stands, aisles or open spaces.
A 3m Banner can be placed behind a 3m x 2m stand space. 
A 2m Banner can be placed behind a 2m x 2m stand space.

Customs and Insurance:

Exhibitors need to arrange all custom requirements independently. 

Insurance: 

Exhibitors are urged to ensure adequate insurance cover is in place for all materials/equipment used. 

The venue, organisers and sub-contractors may not be held liable for any damages or losses that may occur.
