By completing this booking you agree to be bound by the full Sponsorship Terms and Conditions below. You will be prompted to download and sign the Terms and Conditions Agreement during the stand booking process.
Early payment date is 31 March 2026.
Late payment date is 31 July 2026.
Should you miss the early payment date, you will be re-invoiced at the late payment fee.
Payments must be paid for in FULL by 31 July 2026.
Cancellation MUST be in writing to Monique Nel: industry@easternsun.co.za
Cancellation MUST be acknowledged in writing by an Eastern Sun Events’ staff member to bevalid.
Cancellation clauses will apply to stands booked, whether payment has been received or not.
A booking made is binding, not provisional.
CANCELLATION FEES
Up to 30 April 2026: 50% cancellation fee
01 May 2026 onwards: 100% cancellation fee
